Here’s what we’re all about.

Pop Pop Bottle Shop was opened in April of 2022 by Adam Chumas and his partner, Christina McFadden. The vision was to recreate a community hub in the center of town, where one, The Red Bicycle, previously stood. With Christina’s eye for design and Adam’s sommelier and restaurant background, Pop Pop Bottle Shop was born.

Pop Pop Bottle Shop is a craft beer focused, family friendly tap room with a curated wine selection and counter service teriyaki. Located on Vashon Island, we are proud to offer a unique and bold selection of beer, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages. At its core, Pop Pop is a family run business and we are proud to extend those values to everything we do. With the addition of our friends and neighbors at Glass Bottle Creamery, we are thrilled to bring the Vashon community a family friendly hub in the center of town.

Meet Adam.

You can find Adam pouring beers and wine behind the bar on most evenings. Before becoming a Vashon local, Adam was in Seattle working with well-loved restauranteurs, Maria Hines and Tom Douglas. After a stint as beverage director for Tom Douglas, Adam joined Elliott Bay Brewing company. Adam brings his passion for local beers and wine as well as his gregarious nature and love for togetherness to Pop Pop Bottle Shop, interior designed by his talented wife, Christina McFadden. They live together on Vashon Island with their two daughters and Australian Shepherd, Rudy.
