Pop Pop Bottle Shop (Pop Pop Bottle Shop LLC, "we") runs the shop at 17618 Vashon Hwy SW, Vashon, WA 98070 and poppopvashon.com. This page says what we collect when you order from us online, join our wine club, or get texts and emails from us, and what we do with it. Short version: we use it to make your order and run your membership, and we don't sell it.

What we collect

  • Your name, mobile number and email, when you order online, join the wine club, or sign up for texts.

  • What you order, your pickup time and any notes.

  • Card details, but not the number. Payments go through Square's secure payment form, straight to Square. We never see or store your full card number.

How we use it

  • To make, charge for and hand over your order, and to run your wine club membership.

  • To send texts and emails about your order or membership, like your receipt or "your order is ready."

  • To answer you when you write or call.

Text messages

We text you only if you ask us to (for example, by ticking "Text me when my order is ready"). Texts are about your order or membership, not advertising. We don't share or sell your mobile number or your text message opt-in to anyone, including third parties or affiliates, for their marketing. Reply STOP to any text to stop, or HELP for help. Message and data rates may apply. See our Terms (poppopvashon.com/terms).

Who else handles it

A few companies help us run things and see only what they need to do their job: Square (payments and our registers), Twilio (texts), our email provider, and our website host. We don't sell your information. We'd share it with someone else only if the law requires it.

How long we keep it

As long as we need it to run your order or membership, keep our books and meet tax rules. Ask us and we'll delete what we don't have to keep.

Your choices
