These terms cover ordering from Pop Pop Bottle Shop (Pop Pop Bottle Shop LLC, "we"), 17618 Vashon Hwy SW, Vashon, WA 98070, online and getting texts and emails from us. By ordering or signing up for texts, you agree to them.

Ordering for pickup

  • Online orders are for pickup at the shop. We don't deliver.

  • You're charged the price shown when you pay, plus Washington sales tax and any tip you add.

  • Something wrong with your order? Tell us at the counter or email hello@poppopvashon.com and we'll make it right.

Wine club

You must be 21 or older to join the Pop Pop Wine Club, and we check ID at pickup.

Text messages (Pop Pop order and club texts)

  • If you opt in (for example, by ticking "Text me when my order is ready"), we'll text the mobile number you give us about your order or membership: that your order is ready, and sign-in codes for your wine club page.

  • How often: usually one text per order, plus a sign-in code when you ask for one. Message frequency varies.

  • Message and data rates may apply.

  • Reply STOP to stop getting texts. Reply HELP for help, or email hello@poppopvashon.com.

  • Opting in isn't required to order or join.

  • Carriers aren't liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

  • We don't share or sell your mobile number or opt-in for anyone else's marketing. See our Privacy page (poppopvashon.com/privacy).

The fine print

  • These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington.

  • We may update these terms; the date at the top says when.
